Best In Show

Happy weekend, everyone..hope you’re all enjoying your Saturday! I’ve decided to start a new weekly feature where I round up my top 3 favorite projects/make-overs/tips/general goodness that I’ve seen on the blogosphere.

I have always been a HUGE fan of dog shows..I used to beg my parents to let me stay up late on the night when the Westminster Dog Show aired and I still set our DVR for it to this day (I no longer have the desire to stay up late…ahh, to be young again). I just love the fanfare and am fascinated by all the different breeds.  So, I thought it only fitting to entitle my weekly feature “Best In Show.”

I can’t even tell you how much I love this faux malachite lamp. And do you know how Danika achieved the look? You’ll never guess. Go ahead, just try.     ……….with PAINT! Say whaaaa?!? Seriously awesome!

Lastly, I am totally in love with the ombre furniture I’ve been seeing around blogland lately. Cassie at Primitive & Proper did a fabulous job with this dresser. She’s pretty much a genius when it comes to all things paint!
